He is committed to proactive risk management, helping clients mitigate premium costs. Doug has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Insurance Diploma, NIBA Tier 1 accredition and NIBA QPIB (qualified practising insurance broker).

With over 25 years of experience in insurance claims, Chris has worked in both Australia and the UK gaining a great amount of knowledge in a variety of claim types. He is a Senior Associate with the Australian Insurance Institute, has a Diploma in Financial Services (General Insurance) and is Tier 1 Broking qualified. Chris has strong customer service ethos and will work with you to ensure a fast and smooth claims experience is had and that you are kept informed along the way.
Bringing seven years of dedicated experience in insurance broking, Tanya has built her expertise as a Broker. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of client service and policy administration. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to supporting her clients, Tanya plays a vital role in delivering quality insurance solutions across a diverse portfolio. Tanya is Tier 1 Broking qualified.

Jacqulin is an Assistant Insurance Broker with over three years' experience in the insurance sector and ANZSIF Tier 2 accreditation. She brings broad technical knowledge across multiple insurance classes and a sharp focus on client outcomes. She has expertise in Workers Compensation and Contractors Plant Insurance.
